States & UTs covered–Decoded from CIN
CIN verified–High or medium confidence
Names are compared after removing “Private Limited”, “Pvt Ltd”, “Ltd”, “LLP”, “OPC”, punctuation and “&”. A CIN gives a certain match.

Results depend on the register you load. “Not found” means the name was not among the loaded records, not that the company is active. Name matches marked “Review” are similar names and need a CIN check. A struck-off company may be restored by the NCLT under section 252, so confirm current status on the MCA portal before acting on a result.
