What the portal does
Built from the STK-7 strike-off notices published by every Registrar of Companies and the Centre for Processing Accelerated Corporate Exit (C-PACE), completed with every company and LLP marked "Strike Off" in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' company master data.
Search a name or CIN
Exact CIN matches, exact names after removing "Pvt Ltd" and punctuation, and similar names flagged for review.
Check a whole vendor list
Upload Excel or CSV, including Tally and SAP exports. The portal finds the name and CIN columns and flags every struck-off party.
Audit trail for every hit
Notice number, strike-off date, RoC and source PDF page where an STK-7 notice exists, otherwise the MCA master-data record, plus a confidence grade for CINs read from scanned notices.
Your lists stay with you
Vendor and customer files are read in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers.
Export to Excel
Download the results with the matched company, CIN, notice and source for your working papers.
Updated with new notices
New STK-7 notices are added to the register as they are published, and every list is reconciled to its stated count.

A struck-off company can be restored by the National Company Law Tribunal under section 252 of the Companies Act, 2013. Confirm a company's current status on the MCA portal before acting on a result. The register is compiled from public STK-7 notices; scanned notices are read by OCR and graded for confidence.
